Eric Madia is the Trainer Manager of the Fierce Fitness training team. Eric began weightlifting at the age of 15 in order to better himself in his Varsity Sports. While in college pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Studies, Eric played Division I Rugby and Division III Hockey, furthering his athletic and academic endeavors. In addition, while he was attending D’Youville College, Eric was invited to the 2016 NHL Combine, in which he performed a battery of tests on the incoming draft class. He recently became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, strengthening his love for both sports and exercise. He is currently earning his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a dual concentration in Performance Enhancement/Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation Science through California University of Pennsylvania.

When Eric isn’t working, he enjoys drumming, listening to music, and going to shows. A drummer of nearly ten years and a singer of more than twenty, Eric found local success in his band, The Proles, in which he played drums and sang backup vocals. If Eric is at the gym but not training anybody, you can bet your bottom dollar he’s training for his next event. An amateur powerlifter, Eric has competed in powerlifting events for the last two years, even competing along side his own clients! An athlete at heart, Eric is driven to succeed and expects nothing less from those he trains. Eric understands that exercising is fifty percent mental and fifty percent physical. He knows that if he gives his all to whomever he’s training, the client will give their all and reach their goal!
